Hoop Dance is a fun, low-impact cardiovascular workout that strengthens core flexibility, balance, self image and reduces stress. In this beginner’s class, you will learn the foundation for moving with a hoop. You will learn to hoop around the waist, as well as how to move with the hoop. Simple tricks that will make you confident in your hooping abilities. Hoops are provided and are available for purchase. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that will allow you to move freely.

We’ll cover the basics on essential oil safety and allows patrons to make their own organic spray blend they can use as an air-freshener, clothing, or bedding spray.
